UNA BEAUMONT

Una is Mark’s mum and has supported his expeditions for over a decade. As Events Co-ordinator Una oversees the logistics and planning of Mark’s expeditions. In addition she organises his talks and appearances in the UK and abroad.

CRAIG ALI

Using his systematic approach to well being and performance through breathing, mobility, flexibility and strength, Craig has helped Mark recover from the demands of the world cycle as well as helping him reach peak condition for his next ultra endurance event.
